- What remedies can I apply for under the Settlement Program?
If you purchased or acquired your Toshiba DVD player up to and including December 31, 2001, you may be eligible for (1) the refund remedy, (2) the upgrade or replacement remedy, or (3) the rebate certificate remedy. If you purchased or acquired your Toshiba DVD Player from January 1, 2002 through October 15, 2004, you may be eligible for the free firmware upgrades remedy. See Notice and Claim Form for details.

- When can I get my free firmware upgrade?
Free firmware upgrades will not be available before January 31, 2005. Toshiba will not be providing any settlement remedy, including free firmware upgrades, until after the Court reviews and approves the Settlement Agreement, which is currently scheduled for January 31, 2005.

- Can I get more than one remedy?
You may file only one (1) Claim Form and receive only one (1) settlement remedy for each Toshiba DVD player.

No. You must use a separate claim form for each DVD player.
